Coolangatta Airport or Gold Coast Airport is a domestic and international airport at the southern end of the gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. The airport is the 6th busiest in Australia and the 3rd fastest growing airport in the country with over 5.186 million passengers in 2010. This is probably due to the large amount of Tourists flocking to the warmth and beaches of the Gold Coast.
