Invercargill Airport (IATA: IVC) is located in Invercargill in the south of New Zealand. Its first scheduled service was in 1944. A small regional airport, it is served by Air New Zealand and subsidiaries with flights to other cities in New Zealand (direct flights as far as wellington) , and to Stewart Island, New Zealand's small third island.
