Going to Berlin? Find an easy, convienient and cheap way to book your rental car - directly from Berlin's Tegel or Schoenefeld Airports! Go to Car Rental Berlin Airport

Looking for more information on Berlin Airport - Here's what wikipedia says about Tegel Airport:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tegel_International_Airport

Berlin Tegel "Otto Lilienthal" Airport (IATA: TXL, ICAO: EDDT) is the main international airport in Berlin, Germany. It lies in Tegel, a section of the northern borough of Reinickendorf. Tegel Airport is notable for its hexagonal terminal building around an open square, which makes for walking distances as short as 30 metres from the aircraft to the terminal exit. Tegel is referred to as the "Frequent Flyer Airport" and has the most scheduled flights of the two airports serving Berlin. In 2008, the airport served over 14,530,000 passengers. The airport is scheduled to close in 2012, six months after the completion of the new Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport that is slated to handle all commercial flights to and from Berlin. Tegel is the main base of Air Berlin and Germania. The airport's major operators are Air Berlin and Lufthansa, which each handle around 30 percent of the flights.

During the Berlin Airlift in 1948 what was then the longest runway in Europe (2,428 m) was built at Tegel.

Another popular aiport in Berlin is Schönefeld (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin-Schönefeld_Airport)

Berlin-Schönefeld Airport ( tFlughafen Berlin-Schönefeld (help·info)) (IATA: SXF, ICAO: EDDB) is an international airport located in the town of Schönefeld in Brandenburg, adjacent to Berlin's southern border. It is referred to as "The Holiday Airport", as it has mostly international charter flights. Schönefeld was once the major civil airport of East Germany, and the only airport serving East Berlin. Schönefeld Airport is situated outside the city proper, unlike Berlin Tegel Airport. Therefore noise pollution is less of an issue at Schönefeld. Schönefeld will be transformed into Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport in 2011. In return, Tempelhof closed in 2008 and Tegel will close. In 2006, the airport served 6,059,343 passengers; after conversion to BBI, up to 50 million passengers could be handled.

Melbourne Airport Car Hire and Information

Looking to book a car at Melbourne Airport? Try Melbourne Airport Car Rental.

Information taken from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melbourne_Airport:

Melbourne Airport (IATA: MEL, ICAO: YMML), also known as Tullamarine Airport or the local colloquialism Tulla, is the primary airport serving the city of Melbourne and the second busiest in Australia. Located 23 kilometres (14 mi) from the city centre, adjacent to the suburb of Tullamarine, it was opened in 1970 to replace the nearby Essendon Airport. Melbourne Airport is the sole international airport of the four airports serving the Melbourne metropolitan area.

The Melbourne—Sydney air route is the fourth most-travelled passenger air route in the world and the second busiest in the Asia Pacific region. The airport features direct flights to destinations in all states and territories of Australia in addition to numerous destinations in Oceania, Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. Melbourne is the most common destination for the airports of five of Australia's seven capital cities. Melbourne serves as a hub for Qantas and Virgin Blue, while Jetstar Airways and Tiger Airways Australia utilise the airport as home base. Melbourne is the busiest airport for international export freight as of December 2008, while second busiest for import freight. Domestically, Melbourne serves as headquarters for Australian air Express and Toll Priority and handles more domestic freight than any other airport in the nation.
